We are due to remove QSIS from general online access from 30 June 2023. All the data and information from QSIS will be archived to our internal systems.

All SSQD historic data from QSIS and data from Q3 22/23 onwards is also now available on the Model Health System which you can self-register to. Communications have been sent to all providers, and news items are on QSIS and FutureNHS.
